Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and social media marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Prospect and engage with new clients, understanding their HR needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our HR services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client concerns, objections, and inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging and shareable content across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blog posts and emerging channels.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications or a related field
- Proven track record in HR sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
